Josh Simons and the Minter Ellison IP group enjoyed a unique teambuilding day, making cheese at the Chapel Hill Gourmet Retreat in the McLaren Vale.
The group made Camembert, Fetta and Ricotta and were treated to an excellent local produce lunch as well as a wine tasting. The cheeses made are to be returned to the group to be enjoyed as a part of a social mixer. |
