An excellent team building day!

Send your team on a challenging "hands on" cheesemaking session.

Working in small groups, your staff make Camembert, Fetta and Ricotta from cow's milk, with plenty of technical information and problem solving to stimulate and inspire.

The cheeses made are matured over a period of five weeks, with weekly images emailed to your staff to reinforce the lessons of the day. Once mature, the Cheese is couriered to your offices, to be enjoyed as part of a social mixer, or corporate networking session.

The Cheesemaking Class is a true leveler, with patrons being challenged with biochemistry, food safety and microbiology, in a fun and supportive environment. The developmental photos and return of the cheeses once mature reinforce the lessons learnt on the day.

Enjoy the standard cheesemaking workshop at a cutting edge new facility, the Producers, in heart of the beautiful McLaren Vale winemaking region. With views of the ranges and coast, patrons are treated to a four course silver service lunch, showcasing seasonal local produce. At each course, a glass of local wine is provided, matched to the food of the course.
