An excellent team building day! Send your team on a challenging "hands on" cheesemaking session. Working in small groups, your staff make Camembert, Fetta and Ricotta from cow's milk, with plenty of technical information and problem solving to stimulate and inspire. The cheeses made are matured over a period of five weeks, with weekly images emailed to your staff to reinforce the lessons of the day. Once mature, the Cheese is couriered to your offices, to be enjoyed as part of a social mixer, or corporate networking session. |

With views of the ranges and coast, patrons are treated to a four course silver service lunch, showcasing seasonal local produce.
