Learn to make Camembert, Fetta and Ricotta in a group setting in this "hands on " kitchen cheesemaking course. This course is tailored to the beginner, with no prior knowledge required. Full lunch and wine and cheese tasting included.

Cheeses made are matured and returned to the participants after around 5 weeks. Content is sufficient to enable patrons to make a broad range of cheeses at home.

Enjoy the standard cheesemaking class as described above, while at the same time enjoying an extended four course "round table lunch" showcasing seasonal local produce, with a glass of fine wine matched to each dish.
