| Table Olive and Oil Workshop: | ||||||||||

Pick your own Kalamata Olives, prepare them for brining and press your own oil guided by the experts at The Olive Grove, McLaren Vale. Working in small groups, harvest your own Kalamata Olives and get physically involved in pressing for oil, and grading your table olives for brining. Your oil is packaged into commercial 750ml bottles (x5) and your table oilves are brined and packaged into 350g jars (x5) for your enjoyment after 10 weeks. Patrons enjoy an extensive training in olive oil and table olive tasting, as well as a wine tasting from the awarded winning Lloyd Brothers range. A generous local produce lunch is provided. |
