Based on the National success of Cheese and Wine Trails, Australia, Dr Mark Potter caters a regional selection of cheese and wines, and shares his knowledge on cheesemaking and cheese and wine matching with your team.

Should you have a preference, you can choose the Wine Region exhibited, or cheese from the Regional, National or International forums.

Should you wish it, your staff can be split into small groups and provided an array of exercises in cheese and wine, shifting the focus from mixer to team building.
