The Progressive Lunch: |

| |

Generous local produce platters await patrons at each
cellar door, with foods on each platter specifically tailored
to match |

particular wines offered by the winery. A glass of the featured
wine is provided each patron to enjoy with this sumptuous |
|
| |
feast. Across the four courses, over 50 items of local produce
are provided, from Calamari and Smoked Salmon, to Southern Vales |
|
| |
Olives, Smoked meats, pickled vegetables and locally made
chocolates. |

Corporate Gift Bottles: |
|
| |
|
|
| |
At the last stop of the day, each patron recieves a bottle
of wine featured throughout the day as a "lucky dip" |
|
| |
(bottles are wrapped such that patrons select a bottle
at random). Should it be desired, a Corporate Card can |
|
| |
be attached to each bottle, with an appropriate message for
each patron, such as a thankyou for work undertaken. |
