The Progressive Lunch: |

Generous local produce platters await patrons at each
cellar door, with foods on each platter specifically tailored
to match |

particular wines offered by the winery. A glass of the featured
wine is provided each patron to enjoy with this sumptuous |
|
| |
feast. Across the four courses, over 50 items of local produce
are provided, from Calamari and Smoked Salmon, to Southern Vales |
|
| |
Olives, Smoked meats, pickled
Vegetables and locally made Chocolates. |

Gift Bottles: |

At the last stop of the day, each patron recieves a bottle
of wine featured throughout the day as a "lucky dip" |

(bottles are wrapped such
that patrons select a bottle at random). Should it be
desired, a personalized Card can |

be attached to each bottle,
with an appropriate message for each patron. |
